Technique involves individual actions carried out by foot- ball players to overcome the different situations of the game. Our method is designed to make the player evolve in technical capacity in both attack and defense. In order to improve our attacking ability, the different exercises focus on improving:
b) Ball Reception.
c) Passes with different distances.
d) Kicks with different surfaces and in different situations.
e) Shooting at goal.
f) Protection of the ball.
h) Free kick and throw-in.
In order to improve abilities for defense, the different exercises are aimed at improving:
c) Shoulder charges.
2. SPECIFIC POSITIONING
The position of a player on the field defines the profile of player required and the abilities that he has to develop. In order to encourage these specific abilities for each position, we carry out special exercises based on:
a) Making oriented runs.
b) Clearing spaces.
c) Getting clear of one’s marker in support or to break through.
d) Marking the man or the zone.
e) Use of the different angles of the playing surface.
Tactics are the strategies used by football players to combat and surprise (offensive) or to neutralize and resist (defensive) adversaries in the course of a match.
For this reason, we shall work on the different tactical actions, which must be used in:
a) Positional attack.
b) Direct attack.
d) Getting back to cover for the defender.
f) Overlap runs.
g) Falling back.
h) Transitions Defense-Offense and Offense-Defense
4. PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE
In football, as in any sport, the physical condition of the player has a crucial role in his level of competition. Our methods aim to provide maximum speed and agility in the player, increase power, stamina and aerobic and anaerobic capacity.
With an enhanced physical condition we make it possible for the players to perform at higher intensity the technical moves and tactical actions. Intensity in the game is crucial as it is considered one of the two main factors which mark the difference among the greatest leagues of the world.
Our methodology encourages competition through exercises which challenge players in terms of reaction time, goal attempts, pass precision, exercises of strength and stamina, ball possession, modified matches (2×2, 5×5, etc.) and real games.
6. UNDERSTANDING OF THE GAME
If intensity is one of the two main points that make the difference, the second one is decision-making.
The player is always faced with many options and must learn to pick the correct one for the team in each move in the match according to: the result, minute of the playing time, position of his teammates and positioning of his opponents among many other variables.
The methodology simulates real match situations to develop and correct the decision-making of players who in this way learn to take maximum advantage of their moves, in offense and defense.
One of the keys to becoming a professional player is having the proper mentality. Living like a professional is the best way to be able to aspire to achieve one’s maximum football capacity.
Our methods are complemented with four training sessions off-field where the players will receive from experienced professionals keys for improvement. Working routines, techniques for emotion control, coaching on how to face adversity, diet for footballers and advice regarding many habits that will help them emulate the life of the real elite players in football.
